This corner property is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood just 300 meters from Playas del Coco beach. We have two amazing outdoor spaces as well. The first patio is completely screened in so you can work, relax, workout, or dance (disco ball available on request).
The outer patio is a covered space with plenty of room to enjoy meals together (grill on property) with your family. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a beautiful outdoor shower available for when you return from the beach. We have three separate hammocks as well on the property.

Other things to note
We are within walking distance to Playas del Coco beach, local restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and town. Two bicycles are on site and are available to rent. A car is not necessary in Coco.
