The space
Tucanes II is thoughtfully designed across three levels, offering comfort, privacy, and plenty of outdoor living space.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a welcoming living area with two cozy sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, a convenient half bathroom, and access to a private, gated outdoor patio where the laundry area is located.
The second floor features two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a full-size bed, along with a full bathroom shared between the bedrooms.
From the second floor, outdoor stairs lead to one of the home’s best features—your private covered rooftop terrace. Complete with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining area, it’s the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or dinner under the stars while embracing the warm Costa Rican evenings.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including the private rooftop terrace, as well as full access to all of the Tucanes community amenities.
Be sure to visit the community pool, which offers one of the most spectacular panoramic views in all of Playas del Coco. The pool area also features a community BBQ grill, making it the perfect spot to spend an afternoon relaxing with family and friends.
We recommend packing a cooler with your favorite drinks and snacks before heading to the pool. The walk includes a number of stairs, but the breathtaking views at the top are absolutely worth the climb!
Other things to note
Welcome to beautiful Costa Rica! One of the many things that makes this country so special is its incredible tropical environment. As with any home surrounded by nature, you may occasionally encounter local wildlife or insects.
Our properties are professionally treated on a regular basis for common household pests, and we work hard to keep the property clean and comfortable. Even so, it is not uncommon to occasionally see ants, geckos, scorpions, cockroaches or other small tropical creatures, particularly during certain times of the year or after periods of rain.
These visitors are simply part of living in a tropical paradise and are not an indication of the cleanliness or condition of the home. If you encounter anything that concerns you during your stay, please let our team know, and we’ll be happy to assist with an additional application from our pest control partner.
